PREPARATION MEETING OF THE PROJECT, 28th June – 1st of July, HAMBURG, GERMANY

GOAL
: Partner’s preparation meeting is set to provide effective coordination & gain the European dimension. The meeting will be held on the following aspects: regional debates + EU level debates in Brussels, media campaign, European report on the situation with minorities and migrants (social inclusion and integration of migrants/minorities in vulnerable situations), active citizen week, and the web resource/network development, project management, budgeting, communication, and practical question. Also, Partners representative will have a chance to contribute and propose own vision on primary project outcome “European report” and exchange views on local realities with the situation on human rights, engagement and inclusion of vulnerable groups and on the main priority areas for future EU and national integration and inclusion policies, on the role of EU Funds and programms to support national efforts on integration and inclusion and the key role played by multi-stakeholder partnerships in the integration process.

EXPEXTED RESULT: The partners have a set of all content, practical and technical question, including a framework on the content and presentation of the series of debates, media campaign, active citizenship week, set responsibilities in case of European Report. Partners have approved duties amongst themselves and develop a concrete action plan to execute the planned activities and targeted results. The effectiveness and timeliness of the scheduled activities and media campaign have ensured.

Number of participants: 15-17 participants

Each partner country will be represented at least by one official delegate of partner, in special cases there will be two representatives in accordance with planed activity estimation.

Accommodation: Super 8 by Wyndham Hamburg Mitte

Accommodation will be provided from 28th June to 1st of July 2021. Any extra night will be booked and covered by the partners representatives them self. Mostly participants of preparation meeting will be staying in twin rooms, sharing with another participant.

(NB! If you wish to have a private room, a fee of 150€ applies for a single room and the request has to be sent to daina@inclusiveurope.eu before 25th of June 2018 as well. No later complaints about room placements will be taken into account).

TRANSPORTATION:

Participants are expected to travel from their country/county of residence to Hamburg (Germany), where local organisers will be assisting them with guidance of transportation to the venue/ accommodation, where the event takes place.

Organisers will assist you in the logistics of your travel plan ( transportation by public transport from airport to the accommodation hotel/venue on the 28th of June  and 1st of July 2021) By possibility organisers will meet you at the main train central station of Hamburg (Hamburg Hauptbahnhof). In order for us to provide the best logistics solutions, we will need your assistance in better planning.

NB!!! Partner’s official delegates for preparation meeting are requested travel in accordance with their flight schedule and issues travel ticket. Participants of the public debates (who are not agreed and confirmed by head organiser to be covered flights costs) are required to pay their own travel costs from own countries/counties to venue.
